Tobias Krämer developed under the roof of a parental vineyard together with Quantum X his own line of wine “STRAIGHT” – which literally means “linear, direct, immediate”, but also “unadulterated, honest and pure”. For exactly that is true of the wines and their maker: know in the vineyard exactly where you want to go, take a clear line in the cellar to achieve true varietal wines of character in the glass.
Tobias Krämer’s philosophy reads: no lengthy philosophising, rather work consistently to the heart of the matter from the start. The is true of the teamwork between him and Quantum x in matters of design as well.
