Stability through Dynamics
With 95 employees, WHG Rahn is the largest family-owned firm in the field of heating and sanitation in Rhineland-Palatinate. Since the firm’s foundation 60 years ago, there have been some changes: supplying buildings today with heat, water and air conditioning is oriented around human comfort and economic use of energy. With the growth of technical demands, the need for qualified experts became very important. We developed a contemporary overall appearance for the company which takes account of this change in paradigm. Besides classic corporate design media, the planning and production of video clips to recruit the next generation, broadcast in a targeted fashion via social media, also belonged to the media mix.
It is not always the end user who is the focus of marketing. For a long time already businesses have had to present themselves as attractive employers and appeal to the favour of qualified experts.
